Who we are
RJ Global Risk Advisory is a developing independent advisory brand. Privacy enquiries can be raised through the WhatsApp or call routes on our contact page.
Information we receive
If you call or contact us through WhatsApp, the relevant provider and selected recipient receive the information you choose to provide. The Risk Navigator receives the text of questions submitted to it. Do not submit confidential client information, account details, credentials, special-category personal data or other sensitive material.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, identify appropriate services, improve approved website knowledge, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Chatbot and escalation data
Questions the Risk Navigator cannot answer may be retained so we can identify knowledge gaps. When you select one contact channel, the alternatives close for that browser session to discourage duplicate handling. This does not connect or synchronise separate WhatsApp accounts.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security or legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion through the contact routes on this website.
International access and processors
Website and messaging providers may process information in different countries under their applicable safeguards. A complete processor list and registered-business details must be added before collecting substantive client data.
This notice is an operational baseline, not a substitute for legal review. It must be updated when the legal entity, registered address, analytics, enquiry systems or AI providers are finalised.
