Who we are
RJ Global Risk Advisory (RJGR) is a developing independent risk-advisory business based in London. Privacy enquiries can be sent to contact@rjglobalrisk.com.
Information we receive
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide. The Risk Navigator receives the text of questions submitted to it. Do not submit confidential client information, account details, credentials, special-category personal data or other sensitive material.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, identify appropriate services, improve approved website knowledge, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Chatbot data
Questions that the Risk Navigator cannot answer may be retained so RJGR can identify knowledge gaps. Avoid including names or identifying details. Chatbot answers are general education and service guidance only.
Retention and rights
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security or legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us.
International access and processors
Website infrastructure and service providers may process information in different countries under their applicable safeguards. A complete processor list and registered-business details will be added before RJGR begins collecting substantive client data.
This notice is an operational baseline and not a substitute for legal review. It must be updated when RJGR’s legal entity, registered address, analytics, enquiry forms or AI providers are finalised.
